Firstly, General Cooking Tips:
• For removing fat from a stock you can: chill until the fat solidifies and then remove the fat using a spoon, or use a paper towel to absorb the grease from the surface of warm stock, chill the stock and then strain gradually allowing the stock to go to another pan leaving the fat behind.
• For saving the small parts that fall while chopping vegetables and for keeping your kitchen dry, place the chopping board over a pan of a vast cooking pot. Use wooden chopping surface rather than plastic ones because it does not let small parts of it go with your food.
• For identifying the fresh egg from a large number of eggs, place the suspected egg in a pot with salted water and if it sinks it is fresh.
• For peeling boiled egg easily, make a small hole in the egg using a pin before placing in water and boil on low-medium fire. This would allow little amount of water to separate the skin from the egg to facilitate peeling it.
• For chopping onion without crying, half the onion and wash it with cold water for 5 minutes and then chop it.
• To peel fresh garlic easily, fry it for a minute in a preheated frying pan without any grease for 1 minutes and then peel.
• If the dough sticks in the rolling pin, keep it in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes and then use it.
• To keep celery, parsley and chili fresh for longer time, wrap in aluminum foil and keep in the fridge.
• For having the oily look or any salad or for moistening pie dough, or filo dough with oil, or coating a pan with oil, you can use clean spray bottle.
• For freezing tomato paste, cut the punch and end of the tomato, freeze in a can, then wrap in a foil and keep in the freezer till needed. For using it get it out and take as much slices as you want.
• For cleaning your kitchen and getting ride of Cockroaches, put some boric powder in kitchen in corners and other places.

Secondly, Tips about serving fruits:
- To ripen fruits, wrap it in newspaper and keep in warm place for two days and then use.
- For chopping dry fruits, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then remove and slice easily with a hot knife.
- To prevent apple slices from having the brown color, you can sprinkle drops of lemon on it.

Thirdly, Important Medical Tips:
- For curing scorpion and bee sting naturally, mix 1 sift of chewing tobacco with enough amount of water to make dough. Put over the sting and cover with band-aid to hold in place for 3-5 minutes and then remove.
- To lessen the pain of burn and have a cool effect , put mashed banana over it.
- Avoid using ghee in your food to save your body from severe diseases such as cancer and high cholesterol. Try to substitute it with any other vegetable oil or canola oil.
- Avoid deep frying food and try to find other tasty ways for serving food such as boiling, cooking, or grilling.
